NuCare, Inc. is built on the fact that conventional technology of nuclear medicine imaging system is inefficient to fulfill the strong future demand. NuCare’s mission is to design, develop, and market new innovative nuclear medicine based imaging equipments. The products will fulfill a future demand in the field of nuclear medicine imaging procedure by improving upon an existing technology or device, or by designing a device to serve a need that is clearly defined and acknowledged by medical professionals.NuCare is a C-corporation that is jointly owned by its founder Mr. Lee and several members of the board of directors. New employees will be given the opportunity to become vested in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a suitable probationary periodAt the present time, NuCare’s is located in the campus of Korea university, startup business incubate center, Seoul, Korea. The office space is fully occupied as R&D facility and plans are in place to move the operation to other location with larger space, at the end of the year 2009.There are currently four employees of NuCare including part-time and full time employees.
