H.C. Park & Associates, PLC (HCPA) is headquartered in Reston, Virginia.
We have 30 patent professionals residing at the Virginia office.
From our Virginia location, HCPA professionals have access to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Virginia.
HCPA has an office in Seoul and has expanded its roles.
Some of our Korean clients include: Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display, Pantech, Naver, NHN Entertainment, Seoul Semiconductor, Mando, and Hyundai Mobis.
HCPA was established by Mr. Hae-Chan Park in 2005, as a full-service intellectual property firm uniquely positioned to serve its domestic and international clients in today’s global IP community.
Today, the HCPA team consists of 30 highly-qualified individuals - over half of whom are minorities, and one-third women.
Steady growth has permitted the firm to expand into Reston, Virginia, which will become the new firm headquarters.
