- 1995: Founded as Heatec Co., Ltd. through a German–Thai joint venture, combining European engineering expertise with local manufacturing capability.
- 2005: Acquired by Babcock Borsig Steinmüller GmbH (Germany), strengthening engineering resources and global reach.
- 2006: Expanded operations with a second production line and installation of a state-of-the-art tube extrusion machine.
- 2008: Increased production capacity with new facilities, including a 25-ton overhead crane.
- 2012: Renamed to Bilfinger Babcock (Thailand) Co., Ltd. after full integration into the Bilfinger Group.
- 2019: Ownership change → Rebranded as Lauing Heatec Co., Ltd., marking a new chapter in innovation and customer-focused growth.
➡️ Current Capability: Factory area 11,200 ㎡, annual output of ~30 Heat Exchanger Modules, in-house PFA tube production (OD 6.8–80 mm, wall thickness 0.5–2.0 mm, coil length up to 2,500 m).
